The facilities at hand at FP are so great. And the coaches for the teams are great people and quality coaches.

Area for improvement is field space. I know it is hard on our campus to get fields but it is something they can try to figure out.

The science departments best strengths were the labs. We had such great resources for labs and learned so much.

The best strength of the math department is how they make themselves available for you. Whenever you are shaky on a topic they can help you get back on track.

Mr Verlezza’s Calc class was my favorite because of his passion for the subject. He had a great sense of humor and genuinely wanted us to succeed and be good at math.

Group projects really helped in history class. I learned to help others and let other help me.

The textbook was very dry and was hard to read. Not enough essays as well.

Strengths
The ability to teach me how to analyze texts and to enjoy reading. One of my teachers in junior changed my way of reading and has helped me start college which is a ton of reading.

The department can help students write better. There is a student centers for writing but maybe implement a writing course to prepare you for college.

English 3 honors with Ms. Lala was my favorite. She made me truly enjoy English class and the discussions were great.

Honestly what prepared me the most was the social aspect. Meeting such great kids at FP helped me to find a great group at Providence.
